- Orders placed by 2:00PM EST Monday - Friday will be shipped the same business day. All orders placed over Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on Monday. We ship using the best company's available including FedEx, UPS and USPS. Options include standard ground home delivery, and more expedited options to make those tight deadlines before a baby shower. Please add a blanket to your cart to then have the option to estimate shipping rates to your shipping destination zip code.

- Returns are accepted within 30 days of your initial purchase on our Official Store if unopened. Replacements are only available due to a manufacturing or material defect and not due to general wear expected from use. If you would still like to submit for replacement contact us for return authorization. Once authorized please send back your product postage paid using a carrier with tracking ability and adequate insurance coverage. We will then inspect your product and at our discretion return the original or provide a new one.
- Ordering
- To place an order simply select from the navigation at top the category you wish to shop and select "Add to Cart" beside any product you wish to by. You will then be taken to you cart page showing all the items you wish to buy. Review this carefully and then continue to checkout by following the on screen instructions. You will be prompted to enter in billing and shipping address information along with selecting your preferred payment and shipping method. Confirm the order and you will be notified when we receive your order and be updated when it ships.
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- Payment is accepted using major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. You are also welcome to pay using your PayPal account or through Google Checkout. Pricing listed on the site is subject to change. Any promotions offered are only valid during the availability using our coupon code method on our site and are not valid after expiration.
- Viewing Orders
- To view orders you have placed using the Official Popadu Store simply login to your account and select the option for previous orders. You are also given the option to view the current status of any order by logging into your account along with viewing tracking information if available from your selected shipper.
