Are your products available through other brand names?
In a word, no, our products are designed and developed exclusively in-house for our premier Popadu brand of baby products. Our activity blanket is also patent pending.
Are there any boutiques in my area that sell Popadu products?
Well, hopefully, but as we are a small company the word is still spreading about us. Please check our authorized retailer section or buy through our official Popadu store.
How can we get Popadu products at our local boutique?
We love to hear about our great supporters spreading the word about our products. If you would like to see Popadu products at your local store let the owner know you are interested and have them contact us to get started. You can also use our contact form to let us know yourself.
Can I wash my Popadu blanket?
The care label is located on the backside seam at the satin bound edge. As with any luxurious item use care when laundering. Use a delicate cycle in cold water and line dry and note that the fabric may vary slightly after washing. For best results we recommend that you remove the blanket from the wash immediately and hang to dry. Do not place in dryer.
Can I return my Popadu baby blanket directly to you for exchange?
Unfortunately, exchanges can occur only with the store where you purchased your blanket. However, if you purchased from our online store this is obviously an exception. Please see the customer service section of our online store for details.
What does the Popadu Quality Guarantee cover?
We offer a 100% quality guarantee. If you're blanket has any issue arise from a manufacturing or material defect please don't hesitate to contact us. We'll be glad to help in any way we can.
Please note our guarantee does not cover damages caused by improper care or washing, accidents or natural breakdown of the materials over extended use and time. Please contact us with details before sending your blanket for evaluation. Items requiring attention should then be returned to us to be repaired or replaced at our discretion.
